3. Type the telephone number you would be adding DSL-Click "GO" button 3. You will be asked qualifying questions-The first two questions will have to be answered NO, since these will determined if the applicant has ever had Internet service with ATT/BellSouth. The applicant will need to provide their contact information as well.
4. Click the continue button 4. The reduced-rate offer will be available
